”Listen to silence, it has much to say.” — Rumi

Led by Jennifer Innes
Join us for a restorative day of practice, reflection, and presence at Mindfulness at Centrepointe in Nepean.
Designed as an urban retreat, this workshop offers the depth and quiet of a traditional silent retreat — without leaving the city — while also weaving in guided teaching and structured learning. Through periods of silence, meditation, and reflective instruction, you’ll deepen your understanding of mindfulness and develop practical tools you can integrate into daily life.
Anxiety can often feel overwhelming. Many of us develop coping strategies that offer short-term relief but, over time, can unintentionally reinforce anxious patterns. This day is designed to help you understand anxiety more clearly and respond to it with greater skill, steadiness, and care.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through experiential mindfulness practices interwoven with reflective inquiry. Much of the retreat unfolds in supportive silence, allowing space to turn inward, settle the nervous system, and meet what’s present with greater awareness and compassion.
